Where do you ship?
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
Every item is printed to order. Production happens before shipping, so total delivery time includes both production and carrier transit. Timing varies by product, availability, and order volume. Any carrier transit estimate applies after dispatch and may not include production. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I choose my size?
Check the size guide on the individual product page. Compare garment measurements with a similar item you already own. Measurements and available sizes can vary by product and color. If a measurement is missing or you are unsure, email us before ordering.
Can I return an item or exchange sizes?
Because our items are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, choosing the wrong size or color, or personal preferences. This does not affect damaged, defective, or incorrect items or your rights under applicable law. Read our Returns and Refunds Policy.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email staticronin@proton.me with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Do not send a return without contacting us first.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate your request before production begins. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production starts, except where required by law.
How do I track my order?
We will email shipping confirmation and tracking details when available after dispatch. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.
How do I care for my item?
Follow the care label on your product. If you need help before washing, contact us with your product name.
